Mercsearch accepts advertisements subject to approval of copy and Mercsearch
reserves the right to alter or reject without assigning a reason. Mercsearch
does not accept any liability for any loss or damage due to error or inaccuracy
in the publication of advertisements on this web site.
All advertisements submitted must be legal, decent, honest and truthful
and must comply with the British Code of Advertising.
THE BUSINESS ADVERTISEMENTS (DISCLOSURE) ORDER 1977
Requires all advertisements by people who sell goods in the course of
business to make the fact clear. Consumers should be able to tell whether
an advertisement relates to a sale by a trader or private seller. It is
the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with the order. It is an
offence for which you may be prosecuted not to advertise the fact you
are a trader.
The advertiser guarantees that the advertisement does not contravene
the provisions of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968.
Mercsearch is not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements or
photographs made by an advertiser. The advertiser shall be responsible
for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by Mercsearch, caused
by untrue statements or photographs.

Once payment is received we are unable to cancel your advertisement as the fulfilment of the offered service begins automatically.
In the event that Mercsearch rejects the advertisement, we will contact the customer of this and any monies paid returned.
COMPLAINTS
Should you have any problems with the service we provide, we would welcome
any comments either by phone or by email. These will be responded to as
quickly as possible, but no later than five working days. All complaints
will be dealt with on an impartial basis, in confidence and in a speedy

LAW GOVERNING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The use of this website and the operation of these terms and conditions
shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The

THE PLACING OF AN ADVERT WILL BE DEEMED TO BE AN ACCEPTANCE OF ALL
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
